- As our CRM Lead – HubSpot Expert, you'll be the driving force behind the marketing technology that fuels business growth. This isn't a role where you'll simply manage HubSpot—you'll own the entire marketing automation ecosystem, leading platform strategy, building scalable workflows, integrating critical business systems, and transforming data into meaningful insights that drive smarter decisions.
- Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you'll have the autonomy to evaluate new technologies, solve complex integration challenges, and continuously optimize the systems that connect marketing, sales, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize the HubSpot CRM and marketing automation platform.
- Evaluate, implement, and enhance HubSpot and related marketing technologies.
- Design, build, and maintain automated email campaigns, workflows, and customer journeys.
- Lead CRM integrations across HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Apollo.io, Zapier, APIs, webhooks, and related platforms.
- Execute CRM and marketing data migrations while maintaining data integrity.
- Troubleshoot automation, integration, and platform issues.
- Build dashboards, reports, and KPIs to measure marketing performance.
- Monitor and improve CRM data quality and lead management processes.
- Research and recommend emerging AI and marketing automation technologies.
- Document technical processes and provide guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, analytics, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Continuously optimize the marketing technology stack to support business growth.
Requirements
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
- 5+ years of experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Expert-level experience with HubSpot Marketing Automation.
- Proven experience implementing end-to-end marketing automation workflows.
- Strong experience integrating platforms using Zapier, Make (Integromat), APIs, or webhooks.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar.
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content.
- Experience building dashboards, reports, and marketing KPIs.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently from strategy through execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Zoho Marketing Plus, ActiveCampaign, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Looker Studio.
- Experience with AI-powered marketing automation, predictive analytics, or chatbots.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or SendGrid.
Nice-to-Have:
- SQL for reporting and data analysis.
- Knowledge of email deliverability, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Experience with domain management and inbox warming tools.
