Please note: While this position will be remote, the expected business hours will be 8:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time. 

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Serve as the main point of contact during a customer's onboarding journey for Shopmonkey's built-in marketing tools (Shopmonkey CRM)
  • Work closely with Sales, Implementation, and Success teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience centered around Shopmonkey's native marketing product
  • Deliver top-tier customer service and support, focused on understanding automotive repair shop marketing needs and how Shopmonkey's marketing features can drive growth for any repair shop
  • Coordinate deliverables with various internal departments
  • Communicate thoughtful, customized solutions that help customers move forward and grow their business
  • Learn all about the Shopmonkey product suite and the automotive industry

We are looking for people who:

  • Have 2+ years of relevant experience, or automotive industry knowledge — marketing, customer success, or SaaS onboarding backgrounds are a plus
  • Have a clear, professional, friendly, and informative communication style
  • Enjoy creative problem solving and taking on new challenges
  • Have exceptional project management skills with a proven ability to multi-task
  • Are self-directed learners and highly motivated to succeed
  • Thrive in a dynamic & collaborative startup environment and are comfortable with ambiguity
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving customer needs
  • Have a related education background (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Are familiar with SaaS business models and tools — experience with marketing platforms or CRM tools is a bonus, not a requirement
  • Have a true appreciation for cars and/or are familiar with the automotive industry!

In the United States the range is typically a salary of $55,000 to $71,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. The range provided is Shopmonkey’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. Consult with your Recruiter during the initial call to determine a more targeted range based on these job-related factors. In addition to this base compensation company stock options and benefits as outlined below are included.
