Job Description

  

Job Summary:
We are now seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Finance Manager to join our Singapore office. This position plays a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting while being the main contact for auditors, banks, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable including posting, cash matching, and dunning processes.
  • Oversee accounts payable, including invoice entry, bank payments, and reconciliations.
  • Perform general ledger accounting for Singapore and Japan entities.
  • Manage GL, bank, and intercompany reconciliations, fixed asset depreciation, accruals, and prepayments.
  • Handle expense claims and ensure timely resolution of finance‑related queries.
  • Prepare and file GST returns and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Lead the month‑end closing for both CWAPAC and CW Japan, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare annual financial statements and audit schedules.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors.
  • Oversee payroll accounting and filings.
  • Handle all local tax filings for Singapore and Japan.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of accounting experience.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Salesforce CRM is an advantage.
