Description

Come help us build the Newrich Network - the internet’s newest platform designed to inspire and guide people toward living the Newrich Lifestyle.

At Newrich, we practice what we preach: living the Newrich Lifestyle means not only enjoying what you do for a living, but also prioritizing true work-life balance.

As a member of our team, your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being will be a priority. We deeply believe that a fulfilled life starts with balance - and we’re committed to creating a work environment that supports exactly that.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Creator Partnerships & Sales Specialist to drive growth by selling VIP memberships to high-value creators, coaches, and entrepreneurs.
This is a revenue-focused role: you’ll be responsible for identifying potential members, pitching the value of NewRich, closing deals, and building relationships that help creators succeed on our platform.
You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our creators—helping them see the business potential of joining NewRich, and setting the foundation for long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect, pitch, and close VIP memberships with creators, coaches, and entrepreneurs.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective members using CRM tools.
  • Develop strong value propositions that show creators how NewRich can grow their audience and income.
  • Negotiate affiliate or revenue-share agreements where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Community teams to align acquisition strategies.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with signed creators, ensuring their onboarding and initial success.
  • Track performance metrics, sales targets, and report progress regularly.
  • Provide feedback from creators to improve product and sales processes.
Requirements
    • 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or influencer/creator partnerships.
    • Proven ability to close deals and hit sales targets.
    • Excellent communication, pitching, and relationship-building skills.
    • Comfortable using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
    • Strong understanding of the creator economy, influencer marketing, or digital entrepreneurship.
    • Self-starter mindset: proactive, motivated, and results-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience selling SaaS products, memberships, or digital services.
    • Familiarity with affiliate marketing or influencer deal structures.
    • Background in startups, edtech, or creator tools.
Benefits
    • Base salary + Commission on closed deals (uncapped earnings)
    • Flexible remote work environment
    • Comprehensive PTO and Sick Days package
    • Annual company retreat for collaboration and team-building

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
