The Creator Partnerships Manager is based in LA, reports to the Director, Creator Partnerships and is a key role focused on increasing revenue via new creator sign ups and nurturing creators for retention. Success in this role means generating revenue with both established and new creators. It also means coaching these creators (as affiliates) to leverage an established playbook that will accelerate their earnings. Whether these accounts are long-time ShopYourLikes users or just getting started, this role is driven by relationship-building through learning about creators’ businesses and goals. Key measures of success are creator acquisition, revenue growth and retention, as well as creator satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have coaching or customer success experience in an online marketplace that supports affiliates, small businesses, or entrepreneurs.

General Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Lead onboarding and educational efforts for newly acquired creators to ensure a seamless and engaging transition
  • Understand each creator’s business, including goals and challenges, to provide personalized guidance on growth
  • Build relationships through highly pro-active engagement and consistent communication (email, text, DMs, etc.)
  • Analyze creator content, audiences, performance patterns, and areas for improvement to help develop growth plans
  • Deliver high-quality coaching strategies to increase performance and drive incremental revenue (such as content and retailer diversification)
  • Implement retention strategies and initiatives to win long-term content real estate
  • Analyze daily reports to invest in high performing and re-engaged creators
  • Meet and exceed quarterly financial and north star metric goals
  • Pro-actively scout, assess, and recruit new creator talent with high growth potential
  • Build a robust pipeline of new creators with top-performing potential
  • Adapt to trends in the creator economy and craft creator outreach to fit within that
  • Establish relationships with prospective creators, showcasing the value of joining the platform to elevate their business
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of account management experience in the creator/social space (both affiliate and sponsorship level)
  • An engaging demeanor that excites creators about growing with ShopYourLikes
  • Proven ability to successfully acquire creators, meet creator growth and retention expectations, and scale revenue goals
  • Experience effectively managing and incentivizing hundreds of creators
  • Tremendous attention to detail in content analysis and creator communication
  • Passion for creators and a “sixth sense” for understanding engagement and comment sentiment
  • The natural ability to collaborate and connect
  • A beat on social media platforms, virality, pop-culture, and trends
  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM tools

The pay range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000. The pay offered may vary depending on
several factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Compensation packages
include a variety of perks such as Bonus, Equity, 401(k) match, and rich benefits.

This position is hybrid, with 3 in-office days per week for local candidates. Exceptions may apply.
