The Creator Marketing Manager will develop and execute campaigns, analyze performance, manage relationships, and collaborate across teams to drive creator marketing strategies and audience growth.

Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in New York City. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.

- Develop and execute creator marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and audience growth
- Identify and test new opportunities across platforms, creators, and formats to reach emerging and untapped audiences
- Build clear, strategic creative briefs that guide creators and internal stakeholders toward high-quality, on-brand output
- Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Comms, Paid Media, Product Marketing and Analytics teams to align on goals, messaging, and measurement
- Analyze campaign performance and synthesize learnings to inform future strategies and "big bet" experiments
- Stay on the pulse of social and creator trends, proactively bringing new ideas and opportunities to the team
- Manage relationships with agencies, collaborators, and external partners to ensure smooth execution and strong outcomes
What we're looking for
- 3-5 years in a professional setting managing creator, influencer, or social marketing, with hands-on experience managing campaigns or programs from end to end.
- Experience working with or managing external agency partners, including briefing, reviewing creative, and ensuring smooth collaboration across functions.
- Deep understanding of social platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Substack, and YouTube and strong curiosity about the evolving social and creator landscape.
- Strategic thinker who can identify opportunities, push creative ideas forward, and confidently make recommendations backed by insights.
- Strong collaborator who is comfortable working across brand, media, operations, and international teams, and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Experience expanding into new audiences or markets through creative marketing strategies
- Experience working in tech or on consumer-facing digital products is a plus
- Passionate about modern dating culture, creative storytelling, and building programs that reflect Hinge's values of intentionality, diversity, and authenticity.
