🎯 Creator Manager WANTED

💰 Compensation: $80–100K/year

⭐ The Role

We’re looking for a Creator & Influencer Manager to build and lead TubeScience’s roster of digital talent. This is a relationship-driven role for someone who knows how to identify great creators, earn their trust, and turn those connections into high-performing branded content.

You’ll be the connective tissue between our creative strategy and on-screen talent — matching the right creators to the right brands, managing ongoing relationships, and ensuring we have the depth and diversity of talent to meet client needs at scale.

This role is ideal for someone who’s genuinely energized by working with creators, has an eye for talent and authenticity, and knows how to balance the creative side with the business side.

💼 What You’ll Do

🎬 Build and manage a curated roster of creators and influencers across categories like lifestyle, wellness, food, tech, and more

🔍 Scout and recruit new talent that aligns with TubeScience’s brand standards and client needs

🤝 Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with creators — be the person they actually want to work with and trust

📊 Develop and maintain a talent grid tracking creator specialties, strengths, availability, and performance history

🎯 Match creators to campaigns and brands based on audience fit, content style, and strategic goals

📅 Coordinate creator availability and logistics for content shoots, campaigns, and ongoing partnerships

🚀 Scale the creator network as we expand into new verticals and client categories

🔑 Who You Are

🎭 5+ years of experience in talent management, creator relations, influencer marketing, or digital casting

💎 Exceptional eye for talent — you can spot charisma, authenticity, and on-camera presence that translates to performance

💬 Natural relationship builder — creators genuinely enjoy working with you and trust your judgment

🧠 Strong business judgment — you understand who’s paying the bills and can balance creative and commercial priorities

📋 Highly organized with experience managing rosters, schedules, and multi-party coordination

🎨 Deep fluency in digital content culture — you know what’s working on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms

🗣️ Polished communicator who can interface professionally with both talent and internal teams

📍 Based in Los Angeles — this role requires in-person interaction with LA-based talent and production teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Background working at a creator management agency, MCN, or talent representation firm

• Experience in performance marketing or direct-response creative

• Experience using creator management software (e.g., GRIN, Aspire, Upfluence)

• Existing relationships with micro- and mid-tier influencers

• Familiarity with brand compliance and FTC disclosure requirements

🌟 Why TubeScience

You’ll be building something from the ground up — shaping TubeScience’s talent strategy as we transition into a full-stack performance platform. This is a high-visibility role with real impact, working directly with leadership to define what great creator partnerships look like at scale.

If you love working with creators, have a knack for spotting talent, and thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments, this role is for you.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
