Join us in redefining the creator economy with AI

Fanvue is one of the fastest-growing creator monetisation platforms globally. We’re an AI-powered, creator-first platform helping creators connect, engage, and earn directly from their audiences at scale. Following our recent Series A, Fanvue has surpassed $100M+ in annual recurring revenue, with triple-digit year-on-year growth, supporting hundreds of thousands of creators and millions of fans worldwide.

As Fanvue scales its US mainstream creator business, this role exists to directly drive revenue by selling Fanvue to high-potential creators and agencies, accelerating creator activation and earnings across the platform.

🎯 The Role

We’re hiring a Mainstream Creator Manager based in Los Angeles to accelerate Fanvue’s growth in the US creator market. This is a commercial, sales-driven role focused on identifying, engaging, and converting SFW creators into active, revenue-generating partners.

You’ll own creator acquisition, onboarding, and early monetisation, building trusted relationships with creators and agencies while positioning Fanvue as their long-term platform partner.

🚀 What You’ll Do

  • Drive creator acquisition across the US mainstream market, owning onboarding and GMV targets

  • Prospect, qualify, and engage creators and agencies through outbound, inbound, and network-led opportunities

  • Manage key parts of the sales cycle from discovery to close, including pitching, negotiation, and contracting

  • Onboard creators using targeted commercial incentives and reduced platform commission where relevant

  • Accelerate activation and reduce time to first revenue for newly onboarded creators

  • Build strong, long-term relationships, acting as a trusted commercial advisor

  • Maintain close engagement during the first 90 days to ensure retention and earnings growth

  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities in collaboration with Creator Success

  • Partner closely with Sales, Creator Success, Product, and Marketing teams

  • Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene

  • Share creator insights to inform product, onboarding, and commercial strategy

👀 Who You Are

  • Experienced creator manager, talent manager, creator scout, or sales executive in the creator economy

  • Proven ability to hit revenue and onboarding targets

  • Strong understanding of how creators monetise audiences and what drives platform switching

  • Confident pitching platforms, products, and commercial terms to creators and agencies

  • Excellent relationship builder with strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Comfortable owning a CRM workflow and managing pipeline independently

  • Organised, resilient, coachable, and highly driven

  • Able to operate autonomously in a remote-first environment

✨ You’ll Thrive Here If

  • You enjoy owning revenue targets and being accountable for results

  • You like building relationships that turn into long-term creator partnerships

  • You move fast, follow up relentlessly, and take ownership

  • You care about creator success because it directly drives commercial success

⚠️ You’ll Struggle Here If

  • You prefer non-commercial or non-target-driven creator roles

  • You are uncomfortable with negotiation or sales accountability

  • You need heavy structure or close supervision

  • You avoid difficult commercial conversations

🌍 Why Join Fanvue?

  • Play a key role in scaling Fanvue’s US mainstream creator business

  • Direct impact on revenue and platform growth

  • High autonomy with clear ownership and accountability

  • Remote working with a strong on-the-ground presence in Los Angeles

  • Flexible hours, working when you perform best

  • Unlimited holiday

  • Budget for growth and wellbeing

  • A culture that values innovation, ownership, transparency, and speed

⭐ Fanvue is for Everyone

We believe diverse teams build better companies. Even if you do not meet every single requirement listed, we encourage you to apply. Potential, mindset, and growth matter just as much as experience.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
