As Fanvue scales its US mainstream creator business, this role exists to directly drive revenue by selling Fanvue to high-potential creators and agencies, accelerating creator activation and earnings across the platform.
🎯 The Role
We’re hiring a Mainstream Creator Manager based in Los Angeles to accelerate Fanvue’s growth in the US creator market. This is a commercial, sales-driven role focused on identifying, engaging, and converting SFW creators into active, revenue-generating partners.
You’ll own creator acquisition, onboarding, and early monetisation, building trusted relationships with creators and agencies while positioning Fanvue as their long-term platform partner.
🚀 What You’ll Do
Drive creator acquisition across the US mainstream market, owning onboarding and GMV targets
Prospect, qualify, and engage creators and agencies through outbound, inbound, and network-led opportunities
Manage key parts of the sales cycle from discovery to close, including pitching, negotiation, and contracting
Onboard creators using targeted commercial incentives and reduced platform commission where relevant
Accelerate activation and reduce time to first revenue for newly onboarded creators
Build strong, long-term relationships, acting as a trusted commercial advisor
Maintain close engagement during the first 90 days to ensure retention and earnings growth
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities in collaboration with Creator Success
Partner closely with Sales, Creator Success, Product, and Marketing teams
Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene
Share creator insights to inform product, onboarding, and commercial strategy

Experienced creator manager, talent manager, creator scout, or sales executive in the creator economy
Proven ability to hit revenue and onboarding targets
Strong understanding of how creators monetise audiences and what drives platform switching
Confident pitching platforms, products, and commercial terms to creators and agencies
Excellent relationship builder with strong negotiation and communication skills
Comfortable owning a CRM workflow and managing pipeline independently
Organised, resilient, coachable, and highly driven
Able to operate autonomously in a remote-first environment
