Job Summary:
Sega of America is currently seeking a Creator Engagement Coordinator to join its Influencer Marketing team in Irvine, California. Reporting to the Director of Influencer Marketing, this role support multiple titles across Sega’s portfolio. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to effectively manage multi processes in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. This individual is also a creative and innovative thinker who proactively proposes new ideas to contribute to the success of the whole department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to daily creator inquiries in a timely and professional manner, serving as a primary point of contact for creator partners on assigned projects. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to provide accurate and appropriate responses.
- Research, evaluate, and conduct outreach to content creators across all platforms. Maintain and ensure all creator-related information is tracked and highly organized.
- Support titles across Sega’s portfolio by coordinating and executing creator campaigns across all platforms.
- Coordinate the distribution of b-roll packages, creator kits, and other digital or physical items associated with creator campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver concise, timely reports on creator activities, coverage, opportunities, successes, and creator feedback.
- Assist in the execution of capture events including events supporting live and unreleased titles.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners and cross-functional stakeholders globally.
- Other responsibilities are performed as assigned or needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Working in-office is an essential function of this position. This requirement of face-to-face interaction is in place to ensure effective supervision, collaboration, and teamwork. In-office attendance is required for the following reasons:

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Creator Relations, Influencer Marketing, or related field.
- Collaborative team player with strong collaboration skills
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multi-processes in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Discord.
- Avid consumer of creator content across all platforms.
- Ability to monitor social media trends and identify emerging opportunities, potential issues, and relationships within the wider online gaming community.
