Based in Mountain View, we are a team of passionate AI researchers, engineers, and advertising veterans. Join us in reinventing the advertising industry with AI.

We are seeking a Creative Strategist who can turn insights, trends, and ideas into scalable campaign systems that deliver results. Your mission is to identify what works in social media, transform it into repeatable templates, and partner with both clients and the internal team to push creative boundaries while driving performance.

This role is proactive, not reactive. You are a thought partner to clients and the creative team, contributing fresh ideas, sharp insights, and actionable strategies that keep our campaigns ahead of the curve. You understand the fundamentals of advertising and social media, and you know how to spot the ingredients that make an idea go viral.

What You Do

  • Strategize scalable campaign frameworks that can be iterated and adapted across multiple brands and platforms.

  • Analyze social media trends, storytelling flows, and video patterns to identify what drives performance.

  • Translate successful patterns into workable, repeatable creative templates for the design and production teams.

  • Collaborate closely with clients as a thought partner, providing clear, proactive recommendations rather than reacting to clients' requests.

  • Build proposals for clients on monthly templated video production styles that balance creativity with scalability.

  • Work with the Head of Creative, Creative Director, Scriptwriter, and Designers to ensure strategies are executed with precision and creativity.

  • Evaluate campaign data to understand performance drivers and refine strategies for higher ROAS, CTR, and conversions.

  • Provide fresh, platform-native ideas rooted in trend fluency and audience-first thinking.

  • Ensure creative strategies align with both brand goals and social-first best practices.

You Are

  • Experienced with 3+ years in creative strategy, performance marketing, or social-first advertising.

  • Skilled at analyzing social media trends and identifying repeatable patterns that drive engagement and conversions.

  • Able to design scalable frameworks and templates that allow rapid testing and creative iteration.

  • Strong communicator who can build trust with clients and act as a proactive thought partner.

  • Fluent in advertising fundamentals, with a clear understanding of how creative storytelling meets performance.

  • Collaborative, working seamlessly with the Head of Creative, Creative Director, Scriptwriter, and Designers to bring strategies to life.

  • Proactive and forward-thinking, with a sharp eye for cultural shifts, viral formats, and new opportunities.

  • Data-informed, balancing creativity with performance insights to guide decision-making.

  • Equipped with a track record of campaigns or strategies that scaled successfully across multiple platforms.

We are an equal opportunity employer and highly value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
