 We are a global leader in Lead generation and we power the growth of 200 clients across 15 countries in Europe & North America.

Dolead runs paid marketing campaigns faster, integrates customer data with confidence and generates sales-ready leads at a fixed cost per lead.

We’re looking to add to our team to support our growth in the North American market - you would focus on creating strategic creative briefs for ads for social and search campaigns.

* Full remote from South or Central America * - Freelance 

Your responsibilities
  • Act as the bridge between business and creative teams, staying close to campaign performance, client objectives, and creative strategy through regular collaboration.

  • Take an active role in brainstorming and ideation sessions, bringing forward creative concepts, visual directions, and testing ideas inspired by performance insights, cultural trends, and brand positioning.

  • Create clear and actionable creative briefs aligned with client goals, brand identity, and performance objectives.

  • Work closely with designers and creative teams to ensure assets meet brand guidelines, platform specifications, and performance expectations.

  • Stay close to campaign performance and creative results, using learnings from previous campaigns to continuously improve future briefs, messaging, and creative direction.

  • Keep up with cultural trends, competitor activity, new creative formats, and emerging platforms.

  • Conduct regular competitor and market research to identify new creative opportunities and inspiration.

Your profile
  • 2+ years of experience in an advertising agency, performance marketing environment, or marketing-related company.

  • Experience creating, reviewing, or contributing to content for platforms such as Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.

  • Able to combine creative thinking with an analytical mindset, using performance data and insights to inform creative decisions.

  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to turn ideas into clear, actionable briefs.

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

  • Experience with project or task management tools such as Notion, ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com.

  • Comfortable collaborating remotely with an international team.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Based in Central or South America and available full-time on a freelance basis.

Nice to have

  • A background in graphic design or a particularly strong eye for branding, typography, composition, and visual layouts.

  • Experience using AI tools as part of the creative process.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Design, or a related field.
