The role
SoFi’s is looking for a skilled and highly organized Senior Project Manager to help drive a large-scale marketing asset update project for an established fintech brand. This is a contract role through mid-December, with the possibility of extension into Q1 2026.
You'll be the engine behind the scenes—keeping things moving, keeping people aligned, and ensuring a high volume of marketing assets get updated, reviewed, and delivered on time. The work includes everything from updating copy or layouts to making compliance-required disclosure changes. You'll also help manage net-new creative work when needed.
You’ll work closely with our in-house Creative Studio as well as stakeholders across marketing, compliance, and channel teams to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Your job is to make sure projects are scoped properly, timelines are clear, teams are resourced, and delivery is smooth.
Types of assets you'll help manage:
- Marketing emails
- Landing pages
- Paid digital ads
- Video content
- Other campaign and brand marketing deliverables
What you’ll do:
- Build and manage timelines, workback plans, and project trackers (we love a good spreadsheet)
- Assign creative resources and manage bandwidth in partnership with our Creative Studio
- Track status of asset updates and new creative work from kickoff through delivery
- Submit assets for compliance review, collect feedback, and route for final approval
- Ensure assets are Q/A’d and delivered to the right partners, on time
- Stay in close communication with compliance, creative, and marketing stakeholders
- Keep projects moving forward—escalate blockers and help the team stay on track
What you’ll need:
- 3+ Years experience project managing multiple asset types including content, digital, social media, video, and more
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience managing large, complex creative projects
- Exceptional project planning, scheduling, and multitasking skills
- Comfort working with compliance partners and understanding regulated review workflows
- Strong attention to detail and excellent Q/A instincts
- Experience using Workfront to manage creative workflows (non-negotiable)
- Excel/Google Sheets power user—tracking and organizing is second nature to you
- Confident, clear communicator who builds great relationships with cross-functional teams
- Calm under pressure—you know how to keep things moving even when the unexpected pops up
Nice to have:
- Experience in Fintech or Financial industry is a plus
- Ad Agency experience is preferred
- Post production experience is also preferred
