ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

At the TelevisaUnivision Los Angeles Creative Department, we believe that creativity elevates our work, engages with consumers, produces tangible results for our clients and partners, and generates revenue for the company. That is why we’re seeking a motivated, dynamic, bilingual, and creative individual with exceptional writing skills.

ABOUT YOU:

As part of the Creative department, you will help us develop insightful concepts and content that sells, as well as produce compelling client presentations and proposals for our TV, Radio, Digital, Branded Content and Social Media platforms.

YOUR DAY- DAY:

  • Copywriting: As part of the Creative Team, you will write copy and content for TV, Radio and digital/social platforms for clients in Spanish, English and/or bilingual and provide translations for such copy
  • Conceptualizing: Brainstorm, by yourself or with Creative/Content team, to ideate concepts that incorporate all our platforms and create excitement in our clients, which will generate sales for our clients
  • Create client presentations: Work across Univision divisions (account services, research, production, promotions, and news) to create PowerPoint decks with creative concepts, briefs, and executions
  • Track projects: Maintain and track creative requests
  • Participate in productions

YOU HAVE:

  • Conceptual, creative and strategic thinker
  • Bilingual: Excellent command of English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Stays up to date with digital media trends, potential new channels, and strategies, and applies them to the concepts we’ll be creating
  • Adaptable: thrives in a rapidly changing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong presenter
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask under deadline pressures
  • Work well both independently and in a team environment
  • Innovative, inquisitive, proactive
  • Knowledgeable of sports, specifically fútbol
  • Understand the production process (linear and digital)
  • Knowledgeable of Excel, Canva

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be able to work in-person at our Los Angeles offices
  • Employment/education will be verified
  • Must provide a portfolio of creative work, including digital/social media
  • Must pass the GSP Test (grammar, spelling and punctuation test)
  • Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States

Salary Range

$45,000 - $64,000 + benefits
