Overview: 

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Creative & Product Design Director to lead the creative direction for our consumer and enterprise product lines. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the brand identity and storytelling of our innovative hardware and software solutions. You will lead talented teams of graphic and industrial designers to produce impactful product IDs and engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute the creative vision for consumer and enterprise product marketing initiatives. 
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team, ensuring high standards of design and content output. 
  • Collaborate with product marketing, engineering, and sales teams to create cohesive and compelling design concepts. 
  • Oversee the creation of digital content, visual assets, and design guidelines. 
  • Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all consumer and enterprise channels. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to keep creative strategies relevant and impactful. 
  • Present creative concepts and design strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders.

  • Strong mechanical engineering knowledge with a produce design mindset.
  • Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all consumer and enterprise channels. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to keep creative strategies relevant and impactful. 
  • Present creative concepts and design strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders. 

Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 
  • 10+ years of experience in creative roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. 
  • Proven track record of developing creative strategies for both consumer and enterprise smart home electronics and/or home networking markets. This is non-negotiable.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with hardware and software products. 
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Master’s degree in Design, or Marketing. 
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and storytelling techniques. 
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and project management platforms. 
  • Bilingual Mandarin 

Benefits

Salary Range: $200,000 - $250,000
