The Role

We’re expanding our go-to-market efforts in San Francisco and looking for a Creative Producer to serve as the engine room of our GTM operations. You are responsible for the logistics of delivery balancing team bandwidth with growth demands to ensure product launches and community stories are executed with precision and on schedule.

What You’ll Do

  • Capacity & Resourcing: Monitor real-time team bandwidth to prevent bottlenecks and ensure high-priority projects are properly resourced.

  • Cross-Functional Communication: Act as the primary bridge between growth initiatives and production, correlating experimental requests with available hours to maintain a steady delivery cadence.

  • GTM Scheduling: Maintain the master calendar for all major releases tracking every logistical dependency to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Project Intake & Scoping: Review and vet incoming requests to ensure they are fully scoped and "execution-ready" before work begins, protecting production time from administrative friction.

  • Delivery Coordination: Track project status and delivery milestones across the department, communicating updates to all stakeholders to optimize the speed of execution.

You are a good fit if this describes you:

  • Logistics Expert: You have 3+ years of experience in project management or operations within a fast-moving software environment.

  • Resource Strategist: You are highly organized and proactive, with the ability to look at a schedule and predict "red zones" or resourcing needs before they impact a launch.

  • Master Communicator: You can earn trust with both technical and business stakeholders, translating growth priorities into realistic production timelines.

  • Tool Power-User: You possess proficiency in professional project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday, or Jira) and thrive on maintaining organized schedules.

  • Execution Driven: You are allergic to friction and possess the "scrappy" mindset needed to manage multiple high-priority releases simultaneously

About Comfy

Comfy (https://www.comfy.org) is the AI creation engine for visual professionals who demand control over every model, every parameter, and every output. The most powerful workflow engine for visual AI.

Unlike tools that hide everything behind a prompt box, Comfy lets you connect models, processing steps, and outputs on a canvas where every decision is visible and every step is inspectable. It gives you the building blocks to create workflows nobody's imagined yet, and share them with everyone.

What started as an open-source project in 2023 now has 4 million users, 60,000+ community-built nodes, and 150,000+ daily downloads. It's used by artists, filmmakers, game studios, designers, researchers, and VFX houses, including teams at OpenAI, Netflix, Amazon Studios, Ubisoft, EA, and Tencent.

We're a small, intense team in San Francisco. Our team comes from Stability AI and Google, and many contributed to the ComfyUI ecosystem long before working here. Low ego, high ownership. We work hard and demand a lot of each other, but we have fun. Everyone here is building something meaningful that will end up being our life's work.

If this mission excites you and you view yourself as top-tier talent, your future latent self is waiting for you at Comfy.

Check out our Github (https://github.com/comfyanonymous/ComfyUI) and blog (https://blog.comfy.org). We recently raised $30M at a $500M valuation. The round was led by Craft, with participation from Pace Capital, Chemistry, TruArrow, and others.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
