About the OpportunityWe’re looking for a Creative Producer to serve as both a key client-facing partner and a core driver of project execution from start to finish.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, creative strategy, and project leadership. You’ll often be the first point of contact for new opportunities, helping shape scopes, guide clients through the decision-making process, and bring a strong production perspective to early conversations. Once a project kicks off, you’ll remain closely involved as the main point of contact, partnering with our Director of Production and internal creative leads to keep work moving smoothly and clients confident.
We’re looking for someone who can scope creatively, think critically about how work gets made, and lead clients through the full lifecycle of a project with clarity and good judgment.
You understand how ideas move from concept to execution. You know how to evaluate tradeoffs across speed, cost, craft, partners, formats, and outputs. You’re organized, personable, and able to manage multiple stakeholders while protecting both the client experience and the integrity of the work. This is a remote role.
