The Creative Producer will lead AI-generated content creation and manage client projects, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and brand objectives.
Duties/Responsibilities - Creative Strategy & Execution:
- Lead the creation of performance ads, AI-generated content, and brand collateral that convert to client revenue growth.
- Utilize data, research, and creative insights to formulate effective creative strategies.
- Perform consumer, product, and competitor research to inform creative decisions.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Editors, Designers, and Clients to produce impactful content, including AI-generated video and static ads.
- Write scripts and copy for video, static image ads, and generative AI video prompts.
- Ensure visuals align with the outlined creative strategy and platform-specific requirements.
- Provide and execute feedback from key stakeholders to enhance creative output.
- Analyze creative test results and iterate to improve effectiveness.
- Stay current on social media and AI video trends and apply this knowledge to creative strategies.
- Manage strategic monthly creative account planning for assigned clients.
- Identify top-performing concepts within accounts using data and creative analysis.
- Identify effective concepts and trends in the social media and AI creative ecosystems.
- Generate and brainstorm unconventional and innovative sketch ideas, including writing unique and engaging scripts, video prompts, and copy, to ensure creative concepts stand out and resonate with target audiences.
Duties/Responsibilities - Project & Client Management:
- Serve as the day-to-day client creative lead, championing brand values and ensuring creative outputs align with client objectives.
- Understand ad product benefits, capabilities, and features to translate them into creative recommendations and best practices.
- Prepare weekly updates, attend, and participate in client sync meetings.
- Onboard new creative clients, manage their assets, and facilitate asset delivery and feedback loops.
- Track deliverables and timelines to ensure consistent quality in content creation.
- Maintain a positive, collaborative relationship with all stakeholders while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Duties/Responsibilities - Production & Logistics:
- Generate video content using Runway Gen-3 (VEO3), Google Veo, or equivalent generative video tools; edit and post-process in Premiere Pro, Resolve, or After Effects.
- Assist in logistical tasks, including ordering supplies, invoicing, and asset management.
- Serve as a production assistant on shoot days, ensuring smooth operations and coordination.
- Participate in quality assurance processes, reviewing content for consistency with brand guidelines and creative vision.

- Stage 4 (Co-Founders Connect) - The last conversation of the interview process is always a chance for you to connect with our CEO and Co-Founder, Kevin Miller, and our President and Co-Founder, Jon Zacharias.
