Your Role:

As a Creative & Planning Specialist, you will play an instrumental role in crafting FF’s narrative and shaping our media presence. You will focus on developing forward-thinking and creative content strategies and producing related content that clearly articulates our innovative brand vision. Your work will influence how global audiences perceive our products and strategic initiatives, driving both brand integrity and market engagement.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Content Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies tailored to reinforce FF’s brand values and industry leadership.
  • Analyze market trends, stakeholder insights, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic messaging and positioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment of communication initiatives with overall business objectives.

Content Production:

  • Craft clear, engaging, and concise content that communicate major announcements, product launches, and corporate news.
  • Maintain brand consistency by ensuring all public communications adhere to FF’s tone, style, and strategic messaging guidelines.
  • Work closely with marketing, social, video and media teams to synchronize the dissemination of information across multiple channels.

Content Coordination & Execution:

  • Partner with creative teams to integrate visual and narrative elements into cohesive, multimedia content strategies.
  • Manage a dynamic content calendar that supports timely and relevant external communications.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of communication strategies through relevant analytics and KPIs, adapting approaches as necessary.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in communication strategy, press release copywriting, or similar roles in high-tech, automotive, or innovation-driven industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic content and craft compelling press materials that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Proficient understanding of media relations, brand storytelling, and digital content trends.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for clear and authoritative messaging.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the capability to translate data insights into actionable communication strategies.
  • Familiarity with content management tools and project management software.

Annual Salary Range:

($70K - $80K DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
