With 20,000+ athletes on the platform in under 3 years, we’re scaling quickly and looking to fuel our growth through creative that converts in paid social marketing.We’re hiring a Creative Strategist (Paid Social) to own the pipeline of high-performing ads across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. This role is ideal for someone who can turn insights into hooks, iterate fast, and create ads that drive measurable acquisition growth.
The Role:
As a Creative Strategist, you’ll be the bridge between performance marketing and creative execution. You’ll develop ad concepts, brief and manage UGC creators, edit lo-fi iterations, and ensure we always have a fresh supply of converting creative. Your focus is on ads that lower CPL, improve CAC, and scale acquisition.
Responsiblities
- Own the ad creative pipeline → manage briefs, source creators, and deliver new ads weekly.
- Develop hooks & messaging → write copy, storyboards, and ad angles tailored to Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Produce quick ad iterations → edit lo-fi video and static variations (CapCut, Canva, Figma, etc.) for rapid testing.
- Analyze creative performance → partner with marketing lead to review CTR, CPL, CVR, CAC, and iterate on winners.
- Manage contractors & creators → editors, designers, copywriters, and other freelancers delivering on time and within budget.
- Repurpose ads across channels → adapt paid creative into organic social, email, and landing page assets.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in paid social creative strategy, growth marketing, or performance-driven content production
- Strong creative instincts with proven ability to write hooks, angles, and ad copy
- Hands-on skills with editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Premiere, etc.)
- Understanding of Meta/TikTok/YouTube ad creation best practices
- Organized project manager who thrives in a fast-paced growth environment
- Comfortable analyzing performance data and making creative decisions
- Passion for sports or youth development is a plus
