We are seeking a highly collaborative, solution-oriented Creative to join our team and help us redefine the visual landscape of the financial industry. In this role, you will maintain, adapt, and deliver compelling creative assets across a sophisticated multi-brand ecosystem. Our work spans digital and print channels, reaching diverse B2B, B2B2C, and B2C audiences where clarity and impact are paramount.

The ideal candidate views business-centric design as a strategic tool for problem-solving, with a proven history of managing complex projects from the first sketch to final delivery. Because we operate in a fast-evolving space, we value adaptability—the ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities with a steady hand and a commitment to high-quality output.

We are looking for a designer with a collaborative drive who proactively shares insights to elevate our collective work while remaining eager to learn. Above all, you should possess a deep creative curiosity, drawing inspiration from the world around you to bring fresh, innovative perspectives to every brief. If you are an experienced designer looking to elevate your career by bringing strategic, high-caliber design to a unique segment of the financial world, this role is for you.

Responsibilities: 

  • End-to-End Partnership: Act as a dedicated individual contributor to manage the full lifecycle of your creative projects from concept to final production, across a wide range of marketing collateral (emails, print, sales decks, point-of-purchase, social, and digital assets) for multiple brands and channels.
  • Systemic Design Thinking: Take an abstraction-first, solution-oriented approach to building reusable design templates that can be used for multiple brands. Your goal is to create scalable systems that make it easier and faster for our entire team to deliver on campaigns.
  • Performance Creative: Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Creative Managers, and Marketing Leads to develop visual solutions that drive product demand and engagement.
  • Technical Edge (Bonus): Experience with video editing, motion graphics, and an understanding of design-to-development handoffs. Coding experience is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4+ years as a dedicated designer within an agency or fast-paced in-house creative department.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, Advertising, or a related field is preferred. 
  • A robust portfolio demonstrating real-world client work and the ability to solve complex business challenges is required.
  • Previous experience in B2B, B2B2C, or white-label environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Automotive, Powersports, Marine, RV, or Outdoor Power Equipment (OPE) industries is a significant plus.
  • Mastery of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
  • Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects is preferred, along with high-level presentation design skills in PowerPoint and Google Slides.
  • Demonstrable experience leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows, enhance efficiency, and create more space for high-level creative strategy.

Compensation: In addition to salary, Total Rewards include bonus eligibility, a stock option package, and benefits as outlined below. The role described above offers a base salary of $95,000 to $130,000 + corporate bonus eligibility. Your offer will be based on location, the alignment of your qualifications with the requirements of the job and internal equity
