Our goal is to empower everyone to make the decisions about their health that are right for them. We’ve scaled quickly, serving patients across the nation and becoming part of the WELL Health family—and now we want you.

We are a growing, fully-remote team in the United States looking for collaborators who are committed to our mission, passionate about results, eager to build something amazing, and excited to have high levels of ownership, accountability, and personal growth.

Who We’re Looking For

We are currently looking for a Creative Growth Designer (Motion & Video Lead) to join our Marketing team and help bring our brand to life across high-impact acquisition channels. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Growth Marketing, Performance, and Creative teams to concept, produce, and optimize video-first creative that drives measurable business outcomes.

Unlike a traditional brand designer, you’ll focus on performance-driven storytelling—owning the visual “hook” and developing scroll-stopping creative across TV, YouTube, Meta, and other paid social platforms. You’ll move fluidly between concepting, storyboarding, motion design, and rapid video editing to build and iterate on a continuous pipeline of ad creative.

As part of a small, fast-moving team, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how our brand shows up across paid channels while directly influencing patient acquisition and revenue growth. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and performance, enjoys moving quickly, and is excited to experiment, learn, and scale what works.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and scale a continuous pipeline of high-performing video and motion-based ad creative across channels including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, CTV, and other paid platforms.

  • Own the end-to-end creative process—from concepting and storyboarding to execution and delivery—across a range of formats including motion graphics, live-action, and short-form video.

  • Rapidly iterate on creative based on performance data, testing new hooks, narratives, and formats to improve conversion and engagement.

  • Partner closely with Growth Marketing and Operations teams to develop campaign concepts aligned with revenue-driving initiatives.

  • Analyze creative performance and synthesize insights into clear recommendations, using data to inform future creative direction and optimization.

  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance production speed, scalability, and creative output.

  • Maintain high standards of craft and storytelling while operating in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.

  • Manage and mentor internal creative contributors and external agencies to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all deliverables.

This Role Could Be A Good Fit For You If…
  • You have 6–8+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on motion, video, and performance creative in agency or DTC in-house environments.

  • You have expert-level proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro, along with strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

  • You have a deep understanding of paid social, digital advertising, and direct response creative—especially what drives engagement and conversion.

  • You are highly data-driven and comfortable using performance metrics and analytics to inform creative decisions and optimization.

  • You have experience developing campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Meta, CTV, and Snap.

  • You are a fast, iterative thinker who can balance speed with a high level of craft and attention to detail.

  • You’re comfortable owning projects end-to-end and thrive in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment.

  • You’re an excellent communicator who can clearly articulate and defend creative decisions while incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders.

  • Bonus: You have experience incorporating AI tools into your creative workflow to improve efficiency and output.

Visa sponsorship or transfer is not available for this position at present. Must be authorized to work in the country this requisition states.

Wisp is an equal-opportunity employer. We are proud to foster a workplace free from discrimination. We strongly believe that diversity of experience, perspectives, and background will lead to a better environment for our employees and a better product for our users and patients.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
