Requirements
Role Overview

We need a multi-talented designer who can create stunning brand visuals, compelling motion graphics, and engaging video content while optimizing the customer journey through layout and design. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of branding psychology, UI/UX flow, and visual storytelling to craft designs that captivate and convert.

Key Responsibilities
Branding & Visual Identity
  • Develop and refine brand identity through strategic typography, colors, and design systems.
  • Create logos, brand guidelines, marketing assets, and corporate identity materials.
  • Design packaging, mockups, and product visuals aligned with the brand’s tone.
Marketing, Customer Journey & Digital Layouts
  • Design customer journey, ensuring a seamless visual experience across platforms.
  • Craft infographics, social media graphics, ad creatives, and promotional banners.
  • Develop engaging layouts for websites, landing pages, and sales funnels that drive conversions.
Video Editing & Motion Graphics
  • Edit high-quality promotional videos, advertisements, and explainer videos.
  • Design and animate motion graphics, transitions, lower-thirds, and kinetic typography.
  • Optimize video content for social media, digital ads, and customer engagement strategies.
Typography & Layout Composition
  • Implement advanced typography techniques to enhance readability and branding consistency.
  • Design visually engaging corporate presentations, pitch decks, and business reports.
  • Ensure all layouts are visually harmonious, structured, and conversion-focused.
What We’re Looking For
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects (Figma, InDesign, and DaVinci Resolve are a plus).
  • Strong branding and typography skills – Experience in brand identity creation, typographic composition, and layout structuring.
  • UI/UX and customer journey design – Understanding of website layout principles, sales funnel design, and conversion optimization.
  • Creative and storytelling mindset – Ability to translate ideas into visually compelling narratives.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends – Creating optimized content for various platforms.
  • Experience in corporate and tech branding (Preferred) – Background in AI, fin-tech, SaaS, or cybersecurity is a plus.
