The Creative Director is responsible for creating top-quality digital advertising for Infinite Media’s clients and ensuring their success in the marketplace.  The Creative Director participates in the creative and marketing performance leadership of the agency and interacts with clients and client services staff providing creative and channel strategies, and planning, and acts as a digital media subject matter expert.  

To succeed in this role, you will need a broad range of skills and an understanding of data, marketing, design, and copywriting, and can use digital creative tools to produce assets with speed and efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Strategy:

  • Provide visionary leadership to the overarching and day-to-day creative strategy of our clients.
  • Determine the best way to represent an idea online and produce high-level concepts for advertising across every digital platform.
  • Ensure the agency's creative work's quality, consistency, and relevance, maintaining a strong commitment to excellence.
  • Translate the client’s vision and goals into concrete work plans that can be executed by writers, designers, and developers.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Present and communicate creative concepts and strategies to clients with confidence and clarity, incorporating feedback to refine ideas.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals, objectives, and brand identities, translating these insights into creative strategies and campaigns that exceed expectations.

Industry Leadership:

  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative innovations, and infuse this knowledge into our agency's work.
  • Spearhead the creation of groundbreaking concepts, campaigns, and content that engage, educate, and convert our clients' target audiences.

Work Experience:

Five plus years’ experience in marketing, advertising, and fundraising

Experience and expertise in the field of communication

Strong creative vision, with an eye on business objectives

Proven track record of developing interpersonal relationships (external and internal) with people at all levels to maximize cooperation, insuring a healthy and productive work environment and the most positive outcome for clients.
