Role Overview:

As the Director, Creative, you are passionate about developing and executing innovative and engaging marketing campaigns and content. You play a crucial role in shaping our brand's visual identity and storytelling. You lead creative direction, content development, and team collaboration. You guide and mentor a team of creative professionals, fostering their professional growth and ensuring alignment with overall company goals. You consistently bring thoughtful, innovative ideas to the table. You are experienced in vetting and adopting new technology and tools, with a focus on AI, as part of the creative process and production of work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Bring our brand to life across channels, while evolving and upleveling the performance of all marketing assets
  • Interpret marketing briefs to inspire breakthrough creative that delivers on business goals from concept to execution, including hands-on design work as needed
  • Manage in-house creative team responsible for design and assets 
  • Provide creative direction and vision for marketing campaigns, content, and brand identity, defining opportunities to represent our brand in thoughtful, cohesive, and effective ways
  • Oversee the creation of multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and written materials, that align with our brand and marketing strategies
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure creative assets are aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines
  • Establish and track key performance metrics related to creative initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed
  • Develop accountability measures for creative effectiveness, aligned to internal metrics/targets

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Fine Arts, Design, or related field; or equivalent experience
  • 12+ years of experience in creative roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work
  • 5+ years experience in people leadership
  • Extensive creative experience in both multi-media campaigns (video, podcast) and design 
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative campaigns
  • Familiarity with creative software and tools
  • SaaS experience highly preferred
  • Experience working in a high- growth start up strongly preferred

Location Dependent Information

This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $133,800-$167,200 OTE. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
