JOB DESCRIPTION

Welcome to Fox Sports Marketing group. Here you’ll find more than a job. You’ll find a fast-paced, high-flying team for creative talent that wants to be at the epicenter of the biggest most exciting sporting events and properties on the planet. Our team works hard to connect sports fans to what they love, and the shared experiences through culture-defining events. The Creative Director will help develop and lead the creative across our marketing group and properties from On-air to Partnerships. Our work is driven by TV promotions and 360 extensions that push our message beyond our core audience. We are looking for passionate creatives, excellent writing, strategic development, presentation skills, and experience driving metrics-driven campaigns. Our days are fast paced, high energy, and demand focus and detail to be the best leaders in the group.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Develop standout creative, campaigns, and cut through ideas that get results
  • Develop communication platforms for both launch, in-season and include 360 creative marketing materials that extend the campaign across the network
  • Articulate and sell creative to senior leadership across the organization and beyond 
  • Find and develop working relationships with new creative and production vendors, as well as strengthening partnerships with current vendors, to conceive/execute campaigns
  • Serve as a point of contact for all clients and will ensure that creative and budgetary needs are being met

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 7+ years of significant experience, including 5+ years of Creative Director experience with growing responsibility
  • Previous entertainment marketing, graphic design, and/or advertising experience
  • Experience leading staff, providing creative guidance, and handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator), Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, Keynote, and Wiredrive/Box/Aspera/Frame.i.o
  • Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills building and presenting creative decks and materials
  • Available to work a flexible schedule which could include late or early hours, weekends, attending shoots and events, travel, and working on a deadline

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $140,000.00-230,000.00 annually for high cost labour markets such as but not limited to New York City and Los Angeles, $116,600.00-191,600.00 annually for all other US locations. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
