About Teton

Teton is building the autonomous operating system for care. Our technology gives senior living and care teams greater visibility into resident wellbeing, movement, sleep, and care delivery, helping them respond faster, work more efficiently, and provide more personalized care.

As Teton grows across the United States, United Kingdom, and Europe, we are looking for a Creative Director to define how the company shows up across every market and customer touchpoint.

The Role

The Creative Director will own Teton’s creative vision and raise the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of our brand.

You will translate complex technology, operational workflows, and customer outcomes into clear, compelling creative work. You will oversee the development of campaigns, brand systems, sales materials, digital experiences, video, events, and product storytelling, ensuring that everything Teton produces feels cohesive, distinctive, and credible.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will set the creative direction, build the systems that allow the team to move quickly, and remain closely involved in concepting, design reviews, storytelling, and execution.

You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, Growth, and external creative partners.

What You’ll OwnBrand and Creative Direction
  • Define and evolve Teton’s global creative direction across brand, campaigns, digital, events, video, and sales enablement.

  • Build a clear and recognizable visual identity that reflects Teton’s position as a category-defining care technology company.

  • Ensure creative work feels modern, human, credible, and appropriate for senior living and healthcare audiences.

  • Maintain consistency across regions while allowing campaigns to reflect local market needs.

  • Establish the creative principles and standards that guide all internal and external work.

Campaign Development
  • Partner with Marketing and Growth to turn campaign strategies into strong creative concepts.

  • Lead the visual and narrative development of integrated campaigns across paid media, email, social, video, webinars, reports, and events.

  • Create work that makes complex product capabilities easy to understand and connects them to real operational outcomes.

  • Develop campaign systems that can scale across formats, regions, and customer segments.

  • Review campaign performance and use results to improve future creative work.

Product and Customer Storytelling
  • Work with Product Marketing to bring Teton’s platform, workflows, and product capabilities to life.

  • Develop clear visual frameworks for explaining how Teton works and why it matters.

  • Turn customer outcomes into compelling case studies, videos, presentations, and campaign assets.

  • Ensure the creative work accurately represents the product and avoids unnecessary technical language or overstated claims.

  • Find effective ways to communicate privacy, trust, and responsible technology without relying on generic healthcare imagery.

Sales Enablement and Presentations
  • Raise the quality and consistency of Teton’s sales decks, proposals, one-pagers, case studies, and executive presentations.

  • Create modular design systems that allow Sales and Marketing to move quickly without sacrificing quality.

  • Partner with commercial teams to improve how Teton communicates value to caregivers, operators, executives, and ownership groups.

  • Review high-priority presentations and materials for major prospects, partnerships, events, and executive meetings.

  • Build templates and guidance that make core materials easier to update and reuse.

Digital and Web Experience
  • Own the creative direction of Teton’s website and other key digital experiences.

  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to improve site structure, storytelling, and conversion.

  • Ensure the website reflects the quality and maturity of the product and company.

  • Develop a flexible digital design system that supports new campaigns, content, markets, and product launches.

  • Balance visual impact with clarity, accessibility, and performance.

Video, Photography, and Events
  • Set the creative direction for brand films, product videos, customer stories, social content, photography, and animation.

  • Develop briefs and oversee external production partners from concept through final delivery.

  • Create a consistent visual approach for conferences, webinars, executive events, and customer experiences.

  • Ensure event environments and materials reinforce Teton’s broader brand and campaign strategy.

  • Build a strong library of original visual assets that reduces reliance on generic stock imagery.

Creative Operations
  • Build an efficient creative process from briefing through review, production, and delivery.

  • Establish clear standards for prioritization, feedback, approvals, file management, and asset reuse.

  • Manage internal designers, freelancers, agencies, and production partners as the team grows.

  • Develop templates, brand guidelines, and shared asset libraries that support self-service where appropriate.

  • Balance speed and quality while protecting the team from unnecessary revisions and unclear feedback.

What Success Looks Like

In your first year, you will have:

  • Established a clear and distinctive creative direction for Teton.

  • Created greater consistency across the website, campaigns, sales materials, events, and product storytelling.

  • Improved the quality and effectiveness of Teton’s most important commercial assets.

  • Built scalable creative systems, templates, and processes that allow the company to move faster.

  • Developed a stronger library of original photography, video, customer stories, and product visuals.

  • Helped make Teton’s technology easier to understand and its value more tangible.

  • Built a trusted creative function that can challenge, guide, and support teams across the company.

What We’re Looking For
  • 10+ years of experience in brand, design, creative direction, or a related field.

  • Experience leading creative work for a technology, healthcare, enterprise software, or other complex B2B company.

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, campaigns, digital design, presentations, and storytelling.

  • The ability to simplify complex products and ideas without making them feel generic.

  • Strong visual judgment across typography, layout, art direction, photography, motion, and digital experiences.

  • Experience directing designers, agencies, photographers, filmmakers, and other creative partners.

  • A track record of building scalable creative systems rather than producing isolated pieces of work.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the confidence to explain and defend creative decisions.

  • Comfort working directly with executives and cross-functional leaders.

  • The ability to move between high-level creative direction and detailed, hands-on execution.

  • Proficient in Figma, GenAI tools and Adobe Creative Suite, including Firefly.

  • Experience with AI and generative AI tools used for creative ideation and production. A portfolio that showcases concept-driven campaigns which drive results.

  • Experience working with data and insights.

  • Experience presenting creative concepts and campaign strategies to stakeholders and collaborators at different levels.

  • Experience in senior living, healthcare, or care technology is helpful but not required.

The Person We Think Will Thrive

You are a strong creative leader who cares as much about clarity and business impact as visual quality.

You know how to build a brand that feels distinctive without becoming decorative or disconnected from the product. You are comfortable challenging weak ideas, giving clear feedback, and helping teams arrive at stronger solutions.

You are equally willing to define the creative vision, improve a presentation, review a website flow, shape a video concept, or solve a practical production problem. You bring high standards, but you also know how to create systems that help a fast-growing company move quickly.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
