About Creatify

Creatify is building the world’s first end-to-end AI advertising agent—a platform that automates the entire video ad lifecycle, from scripting and avatar-led generation to testing, optimization, and publishing across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

We’ve surpassed 3 million users across 18,000+ teams. Leading brands—including Applovin, Alibaba, HubSpot, Binance, NewsBreak, and Zumper—use Creatify to produce personalized, high-performing video ads in minutes.

We have raised $24M in funding from leading Silicon Valley firms including WndrCo, Kindred Ventures, Millennium New Horizons, NFDG, Comcast Ventures, Creator Ventures, Leadout Capital, Hat Trick Capital, and many more. Check out our latest coverage by Fast Company, TechCrunch, Bloomberg TV, and our recognition as one of IVP Enterprise AI 55 in 2024.

Based in Mountain View, we are a team of passionate AI researchers, engineers, and advertising veterans. Join us in reinventing the advertising industry with AI.

What You’ll Do
  • Own creative strategy for paid social video ads across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube—focused on CTR, CPA, and ROAS.

  • Develop ad concepts from scratch: hooks, angles, narratives, and formats built for rapid testing and iteration.

  • Write platform-native scripts that feel conversational and built for the scroll—not the boardroom.

  • Manage and mentor a small, high-output creative team—setting the bar for quality, speed, and ambition.

  • Be the creative face of Creatify to key clients: present strategies, pitch concepts, and build trust as a strategic partner.

  • Design AI-powered workflows that supercharge production speed, creative variation, and testing cycles.

  • Build repeatable creative frameworks and playbooks that enable the team to produce ads at scale.

  • Use performance data to scale winners, kill underperformers, and iterate fast.

Who You Are

A hands-on creative leader equally comfortable whiteboarding concepts, jumping into CapCut, or prompting an AI model. Builder energy, not manager energy.

  • 3+ years in creative direction, paid social advertising, or agency-side performance creative.

  • Strong conceptual thinker—you instinctively know what hooks and messaging drive action.

  • Deep fluency in social-first ad formats and real user behavior on major platforms.

  • Data-aware: you use metrics to guide creative decisions, not just gut instinct.

  • Systems thinker who designs scalable frameworks, not one-off executions.

  • Excellent communicator who can present to clients, rally a team, and make complex ideas accessible.

  • Experience managing creative teams in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

  • Bonus: ex-creative agency owner or co-founder—you know what it takes to build a creative operation from the ground up.

AI & Tools
  • Hands-on with AI creative tools (Veo3, Sora2, Kling, or similar) and skilled at turning them into repeatable production workflows.

  • Strong AI prompting intuition—you know which formats consistently produce usable, high-quality results.

  • Proficient with Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent.

Why Creatify
  • Shape the creative playbook at a company redefining how ads are made—your fingerprints will be everywhere.

  • Series A momentum with real revenue, real customers, and massive market opportunity.

  • Work at the bleeding edge of AI + advertising with access to tools before most people know they exist.

  • Small team, big ownership—every idea has a real shot at shipping.

We are an equal opportunity employer and highly value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
