📝 What You’ll Do 📝

  • Orchestrate weekly project plans and daily schedules ensuring creative deliverables hit every deadline
  • Strategically assign high-stakes projects across creative strategists, editors, and graphic artists
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to eliminate project roadblocks
  • Optimize workflows and implement processes that drive both creative and technical excellence
  • Coordinate and communicate with external stakeholders to secure project assets
  • Support rapid team scaling through seamless new hire onboarding
  • Monitor project statuses and proactively communicate progress to leadership

🎯 What We’re Looking For 🎯

  • Proven experience coordinating creative projects in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Proven experience with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Teamwork, Float, Slack)
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills with service-oriented problem-solving approach
  • Superior time management skills and the ability to adapt and thrive amid shifting priorities, emphasizing organization and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with social media and digital platforms

  • Knowledge of post-production tools and workflows
  • Experience in Performance Marketing industry

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $60,000 – $80,000 USD per year, based on experience
