Responsibilities
- Own the visual "look and feel" of the company by establishing a consistent cinematic style across all raw and edited assets, ensuring our footage is instantly recognizable.
Direct, shoot, and edit a high volume of video and photography capturing dynamic company moments, including engine tests, manufacturing milestones, and day-in-the-life employee features.
Pitch, storyboard, and produce recurring video formats and original series such as technical deep dives, behind-the-scenes vlogs, and recruitment campaigns.
Adapt long-form content into platform-optimized micro-content tailored for channels such as LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
Source, manage, and collaborate with external creative partners including freelancers, agencies, and production crews for large-scale campaigns or specialized shoots.
Manage internal production equipment and gear inventory, ensuring cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and related tools are maintained and ready for use.
Requirements
Expertise in end-to-end video production, including pre-production planning, on-location shooting, editing, and post-production.
Demonstrated experience producing both short-form social media assets and long-form narrative content such as documentary-style videos or technical podcasts.
Ability to independently manage multiple creative projects simultaneously from concept through delivery.
Strong storytelling instincts and the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging visual narratives.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience translating complex technical subject matter - such as advanced engineering or hardware development - into compelling content for audiences including partners, investors, and the public.
Proven ability to drive brand and visual identity evolution through video, photography, and visual storytelling.
Experience developing scalable content series or recurring video formats that build audience engagement over time.
Familiarity with producing content in engineering, aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or other highly technical industries.
