customer acquisition, and long-term positioning.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Creative Content & AI Intern (Philippines) to support our growth team and leadership in the production of short-form and long-form video and graphical content.

You will help translate strategic ideas into polished visual outputs that are distributed across:

  • Website landing pages

  • Paid advertising campaigns

  • YouTube

  • Long-form educational content

  • Social media channels

This role requires both creative judgment and disciplined execution.

You will actively use AI-powered creative tools (e.g., Gemini, generative image systems) along with editing platforms such as Opus Pro to produce high-quality deliverables efficiently.

Core Responsibilities
AI-Enabled Video Production
  • Convert internal recordings, strategy discussions, and research insights into short-form video content

  • Edit clips using tools such as Opus Pro

  • Refine pacing, captions, and narrative flow

  • Optimize videos for platform-specific formats

Long-Form Content Editing
  • Support production of YouTube-ready content

  • Structure longer educational or strategic videos

  • Improve clarity and visual consistency

AI-Generated Graphics & Visual Assets
  • Create images, diagrams, and visual concepts using AI tools (e.g., Gemini)

  • Develop thumbnails, ad creatives, and website visuals

  • Support graphical consistency across brands

Distribution Support
  • Prepare content for upload across platforms

  • Coordinate formatting requirements for ads and website publishing

  • Collaborate with growth and marketing teams on testing variations

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Strong English communication skills

  • Experience with video editing software (CapCut, Opus Pro, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)

  • Comfortable experimenting with AI image and video generation tools

  • Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail

  • Ability to work from rough inputs and create polished outputs

  • Organized and able to manage multiple deliverables

Bonus:

  • Experience editing YouTube content

  • Familiarity with paid advertising creative requirements

  • Understanding of storytelling structure in short-form video
