SUMMARY:
Parachute is seeking a highly skilled and self-directed Creative & Brand Producer to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of brand photo and video productions across our seasonal campaigns, evergreen content, and brand initiatives. This role requires a strong production background, creative problem-solving, and an eye for brand storytelling, ensuring that every shoot—whether lifestyle, editorial, or studio—is executed flawlessly from concept through post-production. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced creative environments, manages timelines and vendors with ease, and brings a sharp, proactive approach to producing with little oversight. This role will also partner closely with the Brand Manager on select activations and campaigns.

Reports to: Director of Creative Operations
Location: LA-based

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead end-to-end production of brand photo and video shoots, managing logistics, creative alignment, schedules, budgets, and post-production workflows with minimal oversight.
  • Own all pre-production planning including concepting support, shot list development, call sheets, crew coordination, prop sourcing, location scouting, and legal/contractual documentation.
  • Oversee on-set execution, ensuring production runs smoothly, on schedule, and aligned with brand and creative direction.
  • Manage and direct external production vendors including photographers, stylists, set designers, editors, and producers—ensuring creative excellence and budget compliance.
  • Oversee post-shoot deliverables including selects review, retouching workflows, asset management, and cross-functional routing to key stakeholders.
  • Maintain and evolve the brand creative asset library, ensuring campaign content is properly archived, accessible, and up-to-date across GTM channels.
  • Collaborate with Brand Manager on seasonal campaigns and brand activations—including pre-planning, creative brief alignment, budget tracking, and execution of experiential or press events.
  • Drive the development and rollout of quarterly Brand Creative briefs for GTM planning and cross-functional team alignment.
  • Maintain and manage shoot calendars, project timelines, and production budgets in partnership with creative and marketing stakeholders.
  • Proactively communicate status updates, troubleshoot production challenges, and provide solutions to keep projects on track and aligned to creative goals.
Who You Are:
  • 4–6 years of experience in a photo/video production or creative producer role within a fashion, lifestyle, or brand-focused environment.
  • Proven ability to autonomously manage complex productions from pre-pro through post—across both still and motion content.
  • Deep understanding of shoot logistics, creative development, and vendor management.
  • Confident working cross-functionally with creatives, marketers, merchandisers, and external partners to drive deliverables and uphold brand standards.
  • A detail-obsessed, hyper-organized planner who thrives in high-volume, fast-moving environments.
  • Solution-oriented and calm under pressure—you see production challenges as opportunities to lead and improve.
  • Skilled communicator who can clearly articulate timelines, deliverables, and creative vision to both internal teams and external partners.
  • Tech-savvy with production management tools and digital asset systems.  Has robust experience with Asana or a similar platform.
  • Collaborative, energetic, and passionate about bringing creative ideas to life through exceptional execution.
  • Bonus: Experience with brand activations or events, and a love for elevated storytelling.

What You’ll Get:

  • Free bedding for a great night’s sleep, an awesome discount and $300 worth of free product a year!
  • Health, dental and vision benefits with 100% employee coverage offering
  • Flexible vacation packages
  • 401k
  • Competitive salary and stock options

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
