Adapt master creative assets into localized versions across 12 languages and 14 markets. Build and maintain static and animated assets for Meta, TikTok, email and programmatic channels, ensure typography and layout integrity for varied copy lengths, prepare localization-ready master files in Photoshop and Figma, manage export workflows and asset libraries, and coordinate handoffs with creative team members.
NeoWork is hiring a Creative Artworker/ Graphic Designer on behalf of a fast-growing UK-based DTC consumer app. This person takes master creatives and adapts them across 12 languages and 14 markets, handling copy-length variation, typography QA, and visual consistency across every regional version. The role is detail-obsessed by design: when a German headline runs 40% longer than English, you make it work without breaking the layout.
What You'll Do
- Adapt master creative assets across 12 languages, handling copy-length variation, line breaks, and typography fixes per market
- Build and maintain localized versions of static and animated assets for Meta, TikTok, email, and programmatic channels (AppLovin, Moloco, Unity)
- QA typography and readability across Latin-script language variants (Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, others as the market list expands)
- Prepare master files in Photoshop and Figma with localization-ready structure: smart layers, component variants, and layout flexibility built in
- Manage export workflows to spec for each channel: aspect ratios, file types, naming conventions, delivery folders
- Track localization versions and maintain organized asset libraries so nothing gets lost across the 14-market rollout
- Coordinate with the Creative Strategist and Senior Video Editor on shared assets and master file handoffs
Requirements
- 3-5 years of design experience with a clear focus on localization or production design at scale
- Expert Photoshop and Figma skills, including localization-friendly file setup (smart objects, components, auto-layout)
- Demonstrated experience adapting creative across multiple languages and markets
- Sharp typography eye: line-height, kerning, readability across language variants, accented characters
- Solid grasp of export specs across digital channels (Meta, TikTok, email, programmatic platforms)
- Comfort working with non-English source copy (Spanish, French, German, etc.). No translation duties required, but visual judgment on foreign-language layout is essential
- Clear written English for async collaboration with the UK team
- Portfolio showing multi-language or multi-market production work required
Preferred Background
- DTC, consumer app, or e-commerce localization experience
- Familiarity with translation or localization platforms (Lokalise, Phrase, Smartling, or similar)
- Light motion graphics capability for animated ad adaptations (basic After Effects or Figma prototyping)
Tools Required
- Photoshop | Figma | Illustrator | Google Drive | Slack | Notion | Localization platform (TBC by client)
