Essential Responsibilities:
As the Lead Project Management Specialist 1, you will:
- Be responsible for on-time Scheduling reports
- Assist Project Controls Lead in organizing project cost structure
- Support the development and deployment of project infrastructure and project tools
- Support the detailed scheduling effort for assigned projects within the Oracle Primavera P6 enterprise software following a structured process and project controls requirements
- Professionally interface with internal stakeholders at various levels of the organization
- Analyze and forecast business needs for both demand and supply capability
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 15 years of Nuclear experience working on projects in information management, business analyst, project coordination and database development roles.

- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Demonstrated organizational skills, particularly when related to project execution
- Discrete with confidential information
- Familiar with Primavera P6 software and how to add in and extract data
- Fundamental-level financial or accounting knowledge
- Knowledge of the nuclear/power industry, customer, and competitive environment
- Demonstrated ability developing reports for project budget, schedule, and quality objectives
- Financial control knowledge and understanding
- Demonstrated professional interpersonal and leadership skills, including high level of motivation, integrity, and self-confidence
- Ability to take initiative and to work independently
- Extreme attention to detail, follow up, highly organized
- Demonstrated ability to balance workload under short deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Strong process orientation in approach to work
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $100,000.00 and $166,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
