Job Title: Corporate Tax Senior Manager
Job Location: Los Angeles,CA
Onsite/Hybrid: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days onsite/client site)

Required Skills:
• Strong experience in corporate tax compliance and consulting, including end-to-end engagement execution
• Deep expertise in ASC 740 (Income Tax Provision) including preparation and review
• Hands-on experience reviewing complex corporate tax returns and identifying tax-saving opportunities
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and corporate income tax laws and regulations
• Experience with state and local taxes (SALT), international taxation, and transfer pricing
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience leading teams, reviewing staff work, and providing mentorship
• Strong client-facing experience with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Experience managing engagement economics (budgeting, realization, utilization)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to travel to client locations as needed

Preferred or Nice-to-have Skills:
• Experience in public accounting firms (Top 20 preferred)
• Experience with OneSource Tax Provision (OTP/OIT)
• Exposure to multi-industry clients
• Strong business development and sales experience

Mandatory Requirements:
• Active CPA or JD (Attorney License) – Required
• 5–7+ years of progressive corporate tax experience, including ASC 740
• Prior experience in public accounting or professional services preferred
• Strong experience in corporate income tax and tax provision work
• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment (minimum 2–3 days onsite/client site)
