Summary
Atomica is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our growing Atomica team onsite in Goleta, CA. The ideal candidate is a motivated and driven team-player who is excited by challenges and a fast-paced environment. You will be a key partner in supporting our growth as an organization by helping scale recruitment practices and building and maintaining an amazing culture.
Objectives
- Partner with Hiring Managers to identify needs and implement strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding.
- Enhance the candidate experience and uphold a strong employer brand.
- Support HR tasks as needed (onboarding, offboarding, LOAs, exit interviews, etc.).
- Maintain recruitment operations, ATS data, and metrics in a lean team.
Capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 4+ years full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in Greenhouse or other ATS; strong pipeline-building skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently

$80,000-$115,000
