Your Team, Your Impact

The Corporate PMO Project Analysts work closely with the Corporate PMO leadership and R&D Program Managers to implement the PSM program management methodology on Marvell programs. The Corporate PMO Project Analyst attend PSM Planning and Control Sessions and input the R&D team PSM plans, as well as updates to PSM plans, into the Corporate P6 Oracle database. They support the R&D Program Managers on key program analytics, such as Project Critical Path.

What You Can Expect

Project Analysts will work with project managers and their teams, who are distributed throughout the organization and divisions. The Project Analyst will be responsible for data entry, data analysis and report generation activities as part of the overall project planning and schedule control routines. In addition to working independently to produce high quality, highly technical and complex analyses, the project analyst should be able to independently lead/conduct small planning and Control Sessions with full engagement with the project manager and team while paying close attention to detail. Aside from project specific work, Project Analysts are also expected to support other corporate project functions, analyses, and infrastructure enhancements.

The Project Analyst will also be providing support in a corporate project office setting, performing routine functions, understanding project management office processes and models, and maintaining office documents and material. Analysts will be asked to provide support and assistance in corporate applications used by the Program Management Office. Analysts should also be evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or relevant experience as project team lead, facilitator, or coordinator
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Experience in MS Project or P6 Primavera – scheduling, maintaining, creating, baselining, etc. for projects in flight
  • Experience in semiconductor industry or related fields a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiples level in an organization
  • Individual contributor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently
  • Knowledge in BI, resource management, life cycle processes, etc. a plus
  • Experience with Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

80,100 - 120,000, $ per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
