About the role/team:
Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the direct and enterprise sales teams by analyzing data to identify trends, assessing processes and generating actionable reports. This role involves identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies. The Business Analyst will also conduct market research, evaluate pricing strategies, and provide detailed data analysis to inform decision-making. Collaboration with sales teams and other departments is essential to align sales goals with broader business objectives.

Reconciling contract expectations with actual performance
Create reports for senior management.

Serve as primary liaison with Sales Center of Excellence
Experience you will bring:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or relevant field
2+ years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on sales desk support
Proficiency in Salesforce and Tableau necessary
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
