JOB DESCRIPTION

ABOUT THE ROLE

Red Seat Ventures, in partnership with FOX Corporation, is launching a new membership-based business centered around premium live entertainment experiences.  We are seeking a Corporate Membership Advisor to drive new corporate memberships by engaging business decision-makers through compelling, relationship-driven sales experiences that convert organizational interest into long-term membership.

Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Corporate Membership Advisor will serve as the primary point of contact for businesses and professional organizations exploring membership across all markets.  The role is ideal for an accomplished B2B sales professional who brings credibility in corporate relationship management, excels at navigating multi-stakeholder decisions, and understands how to position premium experiential offerings as vehicles for business development, client entertainment, and talent retention.  Success in this role requires the ability to convert trial experiences into long-term memberships while representing the brand with professionalism, credibility, and integrity.

This role offers unlimited earning potential, monthly incentives, and exclusive live entertainment rewards to premier venues nationwide.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive consistent new corporate memberships by managing a robust pipeline of qualified business prospects from initial outreach through close, utilizing CRM, internal tools, and sales enablement systems to track activity, forecasting, and performance.
  • Engage prospective corporate members across multiple touchpoints—phone, email, text, in-person meetings, and live event experiences—serving as the primary sales contact responsible for educating prospects, delivering tailored presentations, and converting trial experiences into memberships.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder sales processes with professionalism, building relationships at both the individual champion and organizational decision-maker level within each prospect account.
  • Actively develop and grow the corporate pipeline through proactive outreach, business networking, strategic referrals, and partner relationships—with a focus on companies for whom client entertainment, hospitality, and employee experience are meaningful priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with Member Experience and other internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with the broader experience and ensure a seamless transition from prospect to active member.
  • Represent the brand at live events, trials and hosted experiences, building trust with prospective members, capturing key insights, and advancing opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting of all sales activity, pipeline health, and forecasted revenue in CRM, contributing to regular performance reviews and sales meetings.
  • As the organization scales, contribute to the development of best practices, playbooks, and processes that support team growth, effectiveness, and performance consistency.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 4+ years experience in a B2B or corporate sales role with a demonstrated track record of closing high-value opportunities, ideally within luxury, hospitality, professional services, or premium experiential offerings.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes and build durable relationships with business decision-makers at the executive and senior leadership level.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline, track activity, and forecast revenue accurately.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to individuals and small groups in both formal and informal settings.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment where performance is closely tied to results.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while traveling frequently.

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Experience selling in corporate suite packages, hospitality memberships, or premium event access to businesses.
  • Background in startup environments or newly launched business units.
  • Experience leveraging relationships and informal networks to generate referrals and new business.
  • Familiarity with live event environments, premium venues, or membership-based models.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
