About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience advising clients on capital markets transactions and public company representation. Qualifications3+ years of experience in capital markets and public company representation
JD from an ABA-accredited law school

Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
Demonstrated discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
