Job Description
Seeking an experienced professional to join the market-leading JPM Fixed Income Financing Sales team based in New York.
As a salesperson within the North America Fixed Income (FI) Financing Sales team, you will be part of the broader Global Fixed Income Financing Sales team who deal in all major markets, currencies and financing products. Client coverage spans hedge funds, asset managers, insurance companies, pension funds, banks, sovereign wealth funds, corporations and more. Your role will be a blend of teamwork and independent work amidst a fast-paced flow trading environment. A collaborative mindset is a must and a self-starter, entrepreneurial attitude will set you apart. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a large part of this role and proactive client engagement, partnership with internal stakeholders and creativity in thought leadership are integral. You will help drive the strategy and agenda for the NA FI Financing business along with other senior leaders in sales & trading.

Job responsibilities
- Coverage of the key clients of the Macro sales franchise with specialist financing expertise.
- Providing advisory, solutions and execution coverage across Fixed Income Financing products.
- Collaboration with partners in sales, trading, research and relationship management
- Responsibility for the full trade life-cycle: pre-trade, trade execution and the post-trade process (including KYC, legal, credit, digital transformation and resource optimization dialogue)
- Provide financing-specific market content and thought leadership both internally & externally
- Demonstrate proficiency in identifying market drivers and product lingo while showing a high degree of interest in broader fixed income markets
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Extensive background in Short-Term Fixed Income Markets, with a deep understanding of interest rates, economic indicators, and regulatory reforms.
- At least 10 years of experience in fixed income markets, with a focus on repo/reverse repo and financing solutions for Hedge Fund clients.
- Proficient in leveraging technology and automation to enhance client experiences.
- Strong analytical and qualitative skills, demonstrating clear and logical thinking.
- Creative and solution-oriented problem solver.
- Collaborative team player with a meticulous attention to detail and a disciplined approach to process and quality control.
- Capable of multitasking effectively in high-pressure environments, maintaining an appropriate sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal partners and clients across various platforms, including voice and electronic venues.
- Resilient and adept at managing high trade flow volumes while engaging in discussions on long-term projects.

- Series 7, Series 63, SIE licensing
- Proficiency in Bloomberg, Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn quickly, multi-task and self-manage priorities
- Enthusiasm for travel to be visible with our franchise clients
