Key Accountabilities

  • Manage the day-to-day corporate general ledger processes.
  • Perform corporate account bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Oversee corporate accounts payable and receivables functions.
  • Review and post journal entries, including payroll, insurance, and rent entries.
  • Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Review and post journal entries, including payroll, insurance, and rent entries.
  • Record and manage corporate fixed assets, ensuring accurate depreciation and asset tracking.
  • Prepare and file tax returns, including preparation of 1099s.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field is required
  • 5+ years of experience in the accounting field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills preferred

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in real estate and asset management is a plus
  • Experience working in NetSuite is a plus
  • Experience working in multiple currencies is a plus
