We're looking for a Product Manager to own and drive the core platform experience and AI-powered personalization across our main site. You'll be responsible for optimizing the end-to-end user journey — from onboarding to activation — while leveraging AI to deliver highly personalized experiences at scale. This is an IC role with high autonomy and direct impact on millions of users.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive core platform features across Homepage, User Center, AI Generative UI, and Market pages — including general site operations, compliance tracking, localization, and content display configuration.
- Design and optimize onboarding flows and user journeys to improve new user conversion and activation across key touchpoints, applying strong UI/UX sensibility and design thinking to 2C product experiences.
- Design and iterate on recommendation and personalization strategies to achieve personalized content delivery; partner with engineering teams to build and refine personalization engines and generative UI experiences that adapt to user context.
- Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders, and ensuring product delivery with strong stakeholder management.
- Collaborate with AI teams search/recommendation algorithms and LLM teams to translate model capabilities into user value.
- Define success metrics, run experiments, and iterate based on data — apply a rigorous, data-driven methodology to all product decisions; support business units with exposure and growth initiatives across the App.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of product management experience, with a strong foundation in fintech, crypto/Web3, or AI-driven products; ~70–80% experience match is expected — willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
- Financial product experience with deep understanding of 2C product design, UI/UX principles, and design thinking; ability to uphold quality standards while balancing user needs and business demands.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset — can structure ambiguity into clear product specs, use data to justify decisions, and define meaningful success metrics.
- Proven ability to ship user-facing products with measurable impact on conversion and engagement; fast execution with strong self-problem-solving capability and independent thinking.
- Exceptional stakeholder management; experience with platform/middle-office products is strongly preferred; resilient under pressure with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience partnering with search/recommendation algorithm teams and LLM initiatives is a strong plus.
