As a Copywriting Intern in Product Marketing, you will create engaging content, research topics, and learn about AI in visual storytelling. Responsibilities include drafting copy for blogs, social media, and emails, with a focus on clarity and engaging storytelling.
We’re building the next generation of AI-powered creative and visual workflows across two products - Crop.photo (fast-growing early-stage SaaS) and Evolphin (a mature MAM platform entering its next GTM phase). Both are already used by global retail and brand teams like Lacoste, Urban Outfitters, Mercedes, AP News, and UEFA.
What you’ll do- Write short, on-brand copy for blog posts, social posts, emails, and simple landing page sections
- Turn product ideas into clear headlines, taglines, blurbs, and CTAs
- Draft outlines from a brief, then deliver tight first drafts and quick revisions
- Research topics around generative AI, creative operations, and e-commerce creative workflows
- Repurpose long content into short formats and social snippets
- Track what performs and suggest simple A/B tests
RequirementsYou should already have
- Strong fundamentals in English grammar, clarity, and story structure
- Interest in technology, especially generative AI for visual storytelling
- Ability to write tight, active sentences and cut fluff
- Comfort working from a brief and meeting deadlines
- A portfolio link with at least one writing sample you are proud of
- Acceptable links include Google Doc, Medium, Substack, personal site, or PDF
- Familiarity with basic SEO concepts like H1, meta tags, SEO descriptions, and keywords
- Experience writing for LinkedIn, X, or Instagram
- Curiosity about testing copy via user data analytics
- How to translate product value into clear copy that converts
- Editorial process from brief to outline to published post
- Practical ways to use gen AI for outlines, drafts, and ideation without losing voice
- Current U.S. college student or recent grad able to work in the U.S. during the internship
- 25 to 40 hours per week for 12 weeks
- Paid internship, hourly rate based on location and experience
- Must have the legal right to work in the U.S
