We are seeking a hands-on Tech Lead to drive pro-code development of AI-first custom solutions extending Dynamics 365 Sales. This is not a configuration or low-code role - you will architect and build Azure-hosted services that integrate LLMs and custom business logic with the D365 platform.
Hands-on knowledge in Google Vertex and Gemini AI to build use-case driven AI-integrated enterprise applications. "Sales Force" integration schemes and API knowledge.
What You'll Build:
Azure Functions APIs (Python) that orchestrate document processing, AI analysis, and D365 data operations.
D365 Plugins (C#) for server-side business logic, validation, and Dataverse event handling
AI Integration Layer connecting Azure Foundry / Google Vertex for analysis and natural language queries
Dataverse Custom Entities and business logic for contract lifecycle tracking
Copilot Studio Agents with custom topics backed by your APIs
Power Automate Flows for workflow automation (approvals, alerts, escalations)
PCF Controls (React/TypeScript) embedded in D365 forms
Integration
Microsoft Graph API—SharePoint document operations, Dataverse access
LLM APIs—Prompt engineering, token management, structured output parsing
Power Platform—Copilot Studio topics, Power Automate cloud flows
Leadership
Led teams of 2+ developers on custom D365/Azure projects

- Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
- Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
- Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
