OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support and streamline our end-to-end supply chain operations. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of goods, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery across the supply network for the replenishment business.  This role will also support the supply chain team with daily operational tasks and administrative duties. This role may be based in West Hollywood, CA or Houston TX with four (4) days in office.

Patrick Ta Beauty is shaping the future of modern luxury beauty, pushing boundaries with pro-inspired innovation that meets consumer-friendly functionality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Vendor Communication: Coordinate and communicate updates directly to contract manufacturers regarding component delivery dates and request packing lists upon completion of production.  Request and store weekly Open Order Reports from contract manufacturers.  Identify delays and escalate within supply chain team.
  • Purchase Order Management: For replenishment business, create purchase orders, check for accuracy, and issue to vendors. Track PO confirmations and manage PO tracker.  
  • Item Master: Communicate Bill of Material revisions to internal teams and ensure updated BOMs are shared with contract manufacturers.
  • Inventory: Assist in month-end inventory reconciliations by requesting and storing contract manufacturer’s reports.  Identify discrepancies and supporting resolution efforts.
  • Logistics:  Track shipments for components and Finished Goods to ensure on-time delivery for replenishment business.   Process item receipts and transfer order transactions, ensuring accurate documentation of incoming inventory for replenishment business. 
  • KPI Management: Assist in creating monthly reports on supplier performance, and supply chain metrics.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • 0-2+ years of experience in supply chain management via internship or full-time position.
  • Proficiency with Excel and ERP system, preferably NetSuite.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-through skills, and a keen eye to detail.
  • Multi-functional, flexible to handle ever-changing priorities in fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects and multi-tasking.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
