UTA seeks an experienced Coordinator who is proactive, highly organized, thoughtful, and detail oriented in providing top tier services to brand clients. As a member of UTA Roll Call, you will play a central role in developing strategy and supporting campaigns for brand clients. The team unites brands with digital talent, guiding partnerships from concept to launch and ensuring campaigns deliver both cultural relevance and measurable impact across the creator economy.

The salary range for this role is $70,000 t0 $75,000  commensurate with experience and skills.

What You Will Do

  • Support Strategy by:
    • Conducting talent research and discovery to find the best creator and talent for campaigns that fit brand and brief requirements using internal UTA resources, data platforms, as well as first hand knowledge of the creator space
    • Compiling relevant creator data for use in pricing and packaging, performance assessments, audience reach analysis, etc
    • Participating in brainstorm sessions and strategy discussions in an effort to present best-in-class proposal materials to clients as a part of the RFP process
  • Support Partnerships by:
    • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date talent and deliverable status within internal Roll Call campaign management tools
    • Acting as a member of the monitoring team during campaign launches including reviewing content across social, video, and livestream environments
    • Ensuring partnership documentation such as signed agreements, invoices, billing information, and other administrative housekeeping is organized and properly filed on an as-needed basis
    • Collaborating with Account Management and Data Teams in the reporting and analysis of campaign performance, including development of data presentations and case studies
  • Support the team by:
    • Joining client calls throughout stages of partnership to understand project objectives and goals to better support their business
    • Working on ad-hoc projects across various Roll Call team stakeholders and leadership to optimize process, build proactive materials for clients, and more
    • Surfacing content, creator, and industry news/trends empowering the team to stay on the cutting edge of the digital economy

What You Will Need

  • 1+ years of experience in an influencer or social media role, preferably at a social media or influencer/creator agency
  • A passion for social media, content trends, and emerging creators
  • Working knowledge or comfort in using creator discovery tools
  • Proficiency in building presentation materials such as decks, one-sheets, etc
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines as our business needs change
  • Ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced environment and growing team
  • A solution-oriented mindset and a hand-raising attitude towards sharing ideas and collaborating with the team
