The Production Finance Operations and Innovation (O&I) Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the O&I team across a range of workflow and data-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in Production Finance or Production Accounting, a passion for driving innovation and identifying workflow efficiencies, and a demonstrated interest in data. 

Responsibilities:
 

Production Finance Workflow and Team Support

  • Manage and organize team documentation, key deliverables, and resources.

  • Manage the collection of digital start paperwork updates across several teams.

  • Collaborate with payroll partners to ensure start packets are updated in a timely manner.

  • Gather and organize workflow and payroll partner feedback from members of the Production Finance team.

  • Assist with broad communications to the Production Finance team in order to socialize business updates and collect key deliverables for business partners (Internal Audit, Treasury, and Risk Assurance, etc).

  • Assist with tracking project needs to ensure they are met on time, and help identify areas for operational improvements.

  • Schedule internal and external meetings as needed.

  • Consolidate and maintain key data points for future reference.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, entertainment, or data-related fields is helpful, but not required.

  • 1-3 years of work experience  in Production Finance, Production Accounting, or other Entertainment Industry areas is highly preferred.

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and global teams.

  • Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.

  • A proactive curiosity about AI tools and a willingness to explore how they can improve personal productivity and/or team workflows.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of hourly pay; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in hourly pay versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The hourly range for this role is $30.00 - $55.29.

We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
