Human Re-Sources is seeking a Coordinator, Product Management to join its LA-based team.

What you'll do

  • Support HRS Product Management function to bring marketing campaigns and new initiatives to life, tracking campaign timelines, cross-collaborating with internal Marketing, A&R, and Creative departments
  • Assist in the development and execution of campaign release plans, strategizing with internal departments and presenting presentations with requisite partners and artist teams
  • Create and maintain detailed product release schedules across multiple artists
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver product on time and meeting quality standards
  • Assist in all aspects of product development, including artist team communication, marketing, sales, and press strategies
  • Process invoices, manage budget set forth by Product Manager and ensure accurate financial record across marketing, recording, and touring funds
  • Create and distribute reports on performance, current status and projected campaigns
  • Take notes within weekly artist meetings to track next steps, discussion points, significant approvals and creative timelines
  • Compile artist images, one sheets, music/video preview links, project descriptions, marketing highlights, and other assets to assist in artist campaign development

Who you are

  • Office-first role, in office 4 days a week
  • Previous experience in the music industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and project management tools
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment across multiple active artists
  • Passion for music and music industry trends across digital, broadcast, and social platforms
