How We LEAD

Virgin Music Group, the world’s leading partner to independent music companies and artists who require a standalone team with global infrastructure and local expertise in every major music market around the world, is looking for a highly organized Coordinator to keep the Global Growth Strategy department running smoothly. This role will support the Global Growth Strategy leader and team on research, project coordination, and execution support, assisting the team identify and act on ways to drive revenue, expand markets, or improve efficiencies.

How You’ll CREATE:
  • Provide administrative support to the SVP, Head of Global Growth Strategy, including calendar management and travel arrangement.
  • Own and maintain the department’s project management board, ensuring tasks, timelines, and priorities are clearly tracked and updated.
  • Create reports and insights for leadership to guide decision-making.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to coordinate activities, share updates, and maintain timelines, deliverables, and communication for growth-related initiatives.
  • Schedule and organize calls, prepare agendas, and capture and distribute meeting notes.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry into various systems, including Salesforce.
  • Support ad-hoc requests related to strategic priorities.
Bring Your VIBE:
  • Experience in an executive assistant, coordinator, or operations role.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office applications and project management software, ideally Monday.com.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to recognize situations that need to be escalated.
  • Ability to analyze and report on trends and issues.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Process-oriented with an ability to identify and streamline efficiencies.
  • Clear, confident communicator across all levels of seniority.
  • Proactive and resourceful team player.
