How we LEAD:

The Coordinator, Marketing & Content will contribute to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of Worship Together and CCMG Publishing marketing efforts by maintaining the systems and processes that deliver our content, songs, and experience to gatekeepers and consumers around the world. Support the development of creative assets and content that expands the reach and influence of our worship songs, writers, and strategic partners.

The Worship Together team under CCMG serves creatives and leaders that serve the church by working collaboratively, developing ministry-minded strategies, creating compelling content, and championing diversity both culturally and stylistically.

How you'll CREATE:

  • Populate and maintain Worship Together CMS (content management system) ensuring the integrity and organization of song data, marketing assets and video content.

  • Manage the transcription request process with external parties to ensure charts are created and delivered to necessary outlets.

  • Populate project management system to coordinate and monitor the scheduling and execution of all Worship Together marketing activity.

  • Manage procurement responsibilities effectively and efficiently, to ensure company assets are utilized in accordance with CMG policy and Worship Together budget.

  • Manage back-up and delivery of raw footage and archival of all creative assets

  • Provide basic video editing and graphic design for priorities and projects with tight time-lines as needed

  • Work alongside Director, Content and Brand Development to support video shoots and content strategy and execution.

  • Support overall Worship Together live event & B2B publishing events strategy.

  • Provide on-going support to Worship Together team and CCMG Publishing leadership to champion priorities, major initiatives and all requests to connect songs & consumers.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
